The first layer of monochrome washes unifies the form and overflows into the environment. The original drawing shows through easily.


Technical Info: acrylic paint right out of the tube is thick and opaque; a wash is acrylic paint plus water - the more water the more transparency

'monochrome' means one color; 'polychrome' means many colors
