Using a rake and a long stick, I made a drawing in the damp beach sand of the Pacific Ocean at Big Sur, California. This grew out of a workshop on creativity taken at Esalen Institute. When completed I collapsed in the middle of it, both to exhale in delight and to illustrate scale.
